How i work

I am focusing on what is currently with you. In doing so, I pick from a toolbox of different therapeutic directions in humanistic psychotherapy. The focus is on body and soul. According to the motto "out of the head, into the body" I support you in how you use your body as a source of healing and a guide. An essential element of my work to enable healing is the strengthening of your presence and self-awareness, a loving contact with yourself and your inner truth, what makes you depressed or sick. The strength for change and healing steps is mobilized from this deep experience. With me you can learn to rediscover your inner resources, to find your inner truth and your compass, to be careful with yourself, to integrate split-off parts, to move with the child-I and the adult-I and to nourish yourself deeply . The body plays an important role, regardless of whether it is primarily about dealing with an illness or with a difficult life situation privately or professionally, in depth topics such as self-worth, guilt, shame, pain, grief, anger, etc. are addressed, their Successful processing release internal sources of energy and self-healing.
