My offer for you

My way

My deep involvement with potential-oriented psychotherapy and the movements of the soul began with my own experience of crisis and illness, which had fundamentally limited my quality of life. I was able to experience the deep connections between body and soul and the invaluable support of professional psychotherapy. And so I made incredible discoveries about myself, humanity and life and since then I have been on a path of development that I did not think was possible. I was very lucky to meet and learn from great teachers and therapists. I love life and people and I know that healing and transformation are available to us. With proven methods and with a lot of heart, I accompany deep processes of growth, healing and transformation. I also draw from a wealth of many years of experience in a large company in Frankfurt. I am a graduate economist in my first job. For more than 20 years I have been working in a work environment with high performance requirements, in which efficient work, high communication skills, presentation tools, persuasiveness, conflict resolution tools and leadership are required, taking into account intercultural factors. The key of my work, which is about being successful and living inner fulfillment at the same time, is not only the instruments that I impart through coaching. The key is above all the strengthening of humanity and presence, ie the ability to stay well connected with the heart with oneself and with one's fellow human beings. Incarnation (in the sense of "becoming who you are") and topics such as embodiment, burnout prevention and strengthening resilience are now the focus of my coaching more than ever. Last but not least, I have my volunteer work as a board member of the ZIST-Förderverein, which among other things enables people to participate in the ZIST self-awareness seminars (www.zist.de) through financial support.
